* How can I purchase my award/varsity jacket?
Please come to our store -741 East Nerge Rd.-Roselle, Illinois., to be
fitted.
* How many items do I need to order for custom screen printing?
Sport Connection's low minimum is just 12 pieces of a design. You can mix and match the garment style, colors and sizes to reach the 12 piece minimum, as long as the design ink or thread colors do not change.
* Must I order in multiples of 12?
No. While many companies require this. We understand that team sizes, etc., make this almost impossible.
* How do I pay for my order?
A 50% deposit is due before the order will be placed into production. The balance of the order is due upon pick up; unless other arrangements have been made.
* How long before my order is complete?
Normal production time is 14 days from time of approval and deposit. If needed before then please call.
* What if I have a special design I want to use?
Fax or E-mail us the artwork. We will let you know if we can do it and if a extra cost is involved. There is only a one time charge for artwork, and does not apply to additional orders placed for this design.
* Why can't I place my order through the website?
Due to the complexity of designs and the wide variety of garments we can get, we actually need to talk to someone to work through the details or any special requirements needed.
